They were driving down the highway, and his brother was being extra cautious with his baby on the slippery roads. Sam couldn’t help the small smirk that made its way to his lips at the thought. He let his mind wander to the years when they were kids, building snowmen, and having snowball fights. He remembered the good times that were so easily forgotten in the midst of all their troubles. But as he watched the white flakes fall from the sky, Sam couldn’t help but wonder if this would be the last winter he’d have with his big brother.
